You warrant that you are the image creator and/or have the right to provide Meraki Effects with permission to use any and all images submitted. By submitting your order, you release Meraki Effects from any infringement claims.

PRIVACY POLICY

You agree that Meraki Effects has the right to use your order, including the images in your order, for marketing purposes.

PROOF POLICY

By submitting your order, you agree to Meraki Effects beginning production of your order. No additional changes to your design can be made after you submit your order. Please carefully review your design both in our live customizer preview, and also on the corresponding product page for your design. You have full and final responsibility for proof approval. By approving the proof for the subject piece, you accept and approve the format, layout, color, copy,
type, spelling, text and content of the piece, and accept responsibility for any errors or omissions therein. You will not hold Meraki Effects responsible or liable for any costs, expenses or other damages resulting from errors or omissions contained in the approved proof. Please note that actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.

SHIPPING POLICY

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Production time: Order verification, production, quality check and packaging. This step takes 3–5 days.

Shipping time: Meraki Effects ships all orders via UPS using the method you select at checkout. Please refer to the estimated delivery time frame of your selected shipping method.
